Why Is Youtube Down

Recently one of my video's views went down from 293 to 188. Also, i noticed that sometimes this happens even on my youtube videos with a much higher view count. Overall views are down over 50%, definitely more vs peak (300.

For several days now, whenever i'm on youtube just watching videos the platform will run very noticably slower and sluggish, sometimes video playback will even freeze up for a few seconds. Its up to you to look at the sources and drill down what kinds of views were. The problem is just a thumbs down just gives negative reaction but you’re not allowed to say why with that thumbs down. True why is youtube very laggy when going to full screen?
